Asset Care Engineer - Brewery / Maintenance Engineer

Facilitates and provides governance in the development and implementation of the plant Asset Management strategy to maximize equipment performance while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Provides technical leadership in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety & Sustainability (RAMS) for effective early equipment management. Provides leadership and oversight for the development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for brewery equipment. Leads Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) specialist team and work practices. Facilitates Formal Failure Analysis (FFA) and problem solving efforts and supports the reliability improvement initiatives. Provides education and technical support for Asset Management systems and best practices. Promotes brewery safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives to support an engaged and proactive workforce.Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree in engineering or related technical experience;
Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing field in breweries or related operations;
Must have a good understanding of and be able to lead the RCM process;
Must have a thorough knowledge of EAM/CMMS systems (SAP-PM experience preferred);
Must have a working knowledge of and be able to apply generic problem solving processes such as 5 WHY, DMAIC, etc.;
Must have a strong understanding of Asset Management and Autonomous Maintenance principles;
Must have a good understanding of CBM and the use of predictive technologies for Predictive Maintenance (PdM);
