Manufacturing Team Lead

Adecco is assisting Great Northern Corporation, an industry leading company, in recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Lead job in Chippewa Falls, WI.
This is a long term temporary opportunity, with potential for hire.
As a Manufacturing Team Lead you will be responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on the designated shift.
In addition, the Manufacturing Team Lead is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters.

o Clearly understands the process of how to run a line and can efficiently and effectively set-up a line in the most optimal way to produce desired results.
o Provides clear, concise direction to individuals working on a specific line.
o Is continuously alert to unanticipated hazards and deals with them appropriately or immediately.
o Informs supervisory team and the maintenance department of all mechanical problems.
o Is actively involved in the training and retraining of all temporary employees working on assigned assembly lines or workstations as necessary.
o Operates a fork lift to supplement the capability of the material handlers.
o Insures that the production area and operating equipment is kept in good, neat, and clean condition.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent o Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees o Organized and reliable We have positions available and 1st and 2nd shifts with a starting wage of $13.
50/hour.
