This is our direct-client opening for a Oracle Business Analyst located in Chippewa Falls, WI. This is a full-time position and the salary range depends on experience, but most likely in the 80-90K. Our client ideally would like to see local candidates to the area but they will consider nonlocal candidates. Some small relocation may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
The Oracle position will focus on configuration, custom development and production support of the Advanced Supply Chain (ASCP) and Inventory modules of Oracle E-Business Suite. Demantra (forecasting) will also be a major focus of this position.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the functional departments and IT Analysts to attain an in-depth knowledge of business processes and procedures
Apply full-life-cycle methodologies to projects and change control
Responsible for documentation using Oracle AIM methodology or using company standards
Apply technical and analytical skills to determine Oracle ERP system or Stibo system setup, configuration, and customization requirements to meet business needs
Extensive experience in configuration, module upgrades for Oracle Applications 11i/R12 or for Stibo applications in a multi-tier environment
Work with other application development staff to develop architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures
Research and implement information systems technology where appropriate for the functional departments
Troubleshoot application, database, and network system problems
Collaborate with other team members to achieve tactical business results
Create formal networks involving coordination among cross-functional groups
Perform on-call application support as necessary
Education / Experience
A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Prior business application experience in Oracle Supply Chain or Stibo Product Information Management
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer relations / service skills
Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational and project task management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through, including proper documentation
