Gold Cross Answering Service is an inbound call center that offers customer service for a variety of businesses. Every day we have the opportunity to interact with new people all over the country while providing excellent customer service over the phone. We are a growing business that is looking for evening and overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing team.
A successful member of our team knows what it takes to wow a customer, work hard and be reliable. We are looking for employees to be with us long-term and those interested in advancement. We offer a positive and encouraging environment that supports personal and professional growth.
Our team members earn $9 per hour and are paid $.50 more per hour for working on Saturdays, our overnight shift starts at $10 per hour. Team members are also eligible for a monthly performance bonus after they have completed training. Our current openings are for permanent Customer Service Representatives on our evening and overnight shifts.
