We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and baked goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to established recipes - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Stock and replenish coffee supplies, pastries, and other items as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Skills:
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Math skills, including retail math for calculating prices and making change - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee varieties preferred - Experience in food preparation and food service is preferred - Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus - Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following food safety protocols We offer competitive pay rates plus tips, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
