We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Patient Accounts Specialist who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care.
Primary Responsibilities Direct all aspects of monetary collection from patients, claim processing and insurance payments.
Accounts receivable:
personal and insurance payments Setup contracts, discuss financial options with patients, complete daily day sheet & bank deposits Work on collections and delinquent accounts, monthly statements, month end reports & balance/reconcile accounts Manage automatic payments and refunds Handle customer complaints or finance issues Work towards continuous improvement and contribute insight and ideas when issues arise Other duties as assigned Position Details:
Pay Range $18 - 20 Full-Time, Complete Benefit Package Monday - Friday 36-40 Hours/Week.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
