4 Chippewa Falls, WI Chippewa Falls, WI Full-time Full-time $19 - $21 an hour $19 - $21 an hour Full-Time Graphic Designer for Ministry Summary The Graphic Designer for Ministry is responsible for creative design and production of graphics for all ministries within a thriving church averaging 1,500-2000 weekend attendees in person and online.
This position delivers creative assets for digital, print, video, web and mobile app, and provides related admin and support services for the Communications team and other ministries as needed.

Agreement with the vision and values of Jacob's Well, and regular attendance here as your home church, in pursuit of membership A strong portfolio of creative design work for one or more ministry organizations A formal graphic design education, degree, training or certification Proficiency with Mac, PC, Adobe and all related design software needed to produce and display graphics across multiple mediums and platforms within our Communications workflow Demonstrate the ability to convey our church messaging to multiple audiences, in a compelling way through visual media Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with staff, volunteers and attendees of Jacob's Well Ability to work on-site, in a professional office environment during regular office hours Experience coordinating and working with outside print and media vendors Organizational and time management skills to multitask and work on simultaneous projects Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and proofreading skills Passion and desire to continually grow and elevate the graphics of Jacob's Well, supporting our mission of helping people take steps to know and become more like Jesus Professional references to support all of the above Responsibilities Work closely with the Communications Director, Senior Graphic Designer and video team to deliver creative assets for all weekly graphics, design and media production deadlines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design promotional/event graphics (rolling slides) for weekend services as needed.
Design message series branding in collaboration with Teaching Team Design, schedule and publish daily and weekly digital signage throughout the building Design, deploy and manage physical signage throughout the building and grounds Design, print and trim weekly devos, cards, signage and other communications materials as needed.
Coordinate with outside print vendors to get quotes and purchase print jobs as needed Format all teaching slides in ProPresenter weekly Create motion graphics for slides and message series bumpers as needed Deploy all final communications assets for Sunday services and special events Edit, publish and post podcast, video and thumbnail assets for app, website and social media as needed Deliver the most creative and effective graphics projects within time and budget constraints Help protect the brand of the church through visual consistency in all creative pieces Job Type:
