Job Description:
Markquart Motors, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking to fill a position in our internet sales department.
This individual will have the opportunity to join a dealership with a continuously growing customer base.
NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Internet sales consultants will be responsible for responding and communicating effectively with on-line sales leads during dealership hours and off hours.
Building trust and credibility is essential in online sales.
By demonstrating your knowledge of our products, understanding the customer's needs, and effectively using technology, you can position yourself as a valuable resource and increase your chances of earning appointments and closing sales.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
Effectively work with customers to find a vehicle to fit their desires and needs.
Communicate Professionally:
Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers and coworkers.
Must demonstrate clear and effective documentation.
Work as a Team:
Maintain open communication with management, finance teams, and fellow sales consultants.
Complete work in a Timely Manner:
Ensure that every customer leaves the dealership feeling as they are important and a priority to Markquart.
