Regional Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking to fill two full-time maintenance positions for our Chippewa Falls footprint and Eau Claire footprint that can help us manage the smooth transitions that come with expansion, renovations, and tenant move-outs.
Territory Job is located in the Chippewa Valley (Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls) Corporate Headquarters is based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin Duties and Responsibilities All candidates will have a working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
Most work will be tenant repair requests with the occasional apartment renovation.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be familiar with basic hand and power tools; the use of your own tools is permitted.
Respond to tenant maintenance requests that are assigned by the Maintenance Manager or requested by the tenants during normal business hours.
Completing repair work and assisting with cleaning to get rental units ready to rent as quickly as possible.
Submit Receipts and Mileage Sheets weekly to the Corporate office.
Submit Timesheets daily through QB Time.
Prosper Real Estate Maintenance Technicians are punctual, resourceful, professional, honest, and hard-working.
Performs all Lawn Care, Snow Removal and Common Area Cleaning tasks, or can effectively outsource these requirements as needed and approved the property owner.
Is on call for emergency maintenance after regular office hours.
This is atypical, however.
Work Schedule Flexible with most work being performed from 9:
00 am to 6:
00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Must be willing to travel within the Chippewa Valley to service the properties within that region.
Requirements Valid Drivers License and reliable form of transportation.
Qualified candidates will have at least five years of hands-on home repair maintenance experience.
Must be comfortable with and proficient with the use of digital technology to track work orders, communicate with tenants and the Prosper team, and manage your time.
Prosper uses AppFolio (PM Software), QuickBooks (Timekeeping), and Google Suite (Email).
