As a Dental Assistant you will:
Prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments, and supplies Collects and records patient health histories, take impressions and x-rays Ensures patient comfort during dental procedures Prepares dental materials (cements, amalgam, composite, impression materials, etc.
) Completes charting of treatment information in the patients' dental notes from the doctor as directed Assist doctor in management of medical and dental emergencies Cleans/polishes removable devices; fabricate temporary restorations, custom trays, study models Delivers postoperative and general oral care instructions to patient Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff In addition, this position will also assist with the front office duties as needed.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant Program or dental assistant experience preferred Previous customer service or office experience Proficiency or the ability to become proficient in dental terminology and dental software for charting, treatment planning, clinical notes, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
