We currently have a career opportunity for a caring, purpose-driven Scheduling & Financial Coordinator who will take great pride in creating truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care.
The Scheduling & Financial Coordinator will manage all aspects of the patient schedule including answering the phones, warmly greeting patient and parents, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility and benefit levels.
They will also direct all aspects of treatment presentation and monetary collection from patients.
Answer telephones in a timely and pleasant manner Set-up new patient visits and collect all patient information Check in patients when they arrive to appointment and monitor schedule throughout the day.
Schedule continuing care and treatment appointments after each appointment Enter insurnace information and check eligiblity and be able to answer insurance benefit questions.
Submit insurance claims and prior authorizations to private and state insurances Collect and post payments from patients on date of service or when received in the mail/phone Other duties as necessary Position Details:
Full-Time, Approximately 34 hours/week Monday-Friday, 4 days/week (rotating day off) Multi-Location Practice in the Chippewa Valley; Primary Location:
Chippewa Falls Pay Range:
$17-20 based on experience Full Benefits Package.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
